i have modmanager downloads on a seperate harddrive, but the actual installed mods on same ssd as skyrim. The actual installed mods are loaded during the game so if you want the advantage of the ssd then you kinda want them on the ssd. Is there a way to move addons to a different drive without moving the game. I have gmod installed my D drive has very limited space. I want the addons to be installed on my C drive which has a lot of space. If gmod is downloaded on my C drive then in game I can't open the spawn menu and theres a black sky. There are no problems when its installed on my D drive. I see what Dr. Pepper is saying. The steam games are on a Seperate drive more than likely. Well mine are. Is there a way to install your mods on a different hard drive? Because they are installed automaticly on my SSD disk, which i dont want. Trying to move them didnt work as well, because steam seems not finding those files. Any help is welcome and sorry for the bad english maybe, its not my native language :) If you use the seperate drives option in Steam you need to move the game files manually and then find the right appmanifest (and you can have hundreds of those) and edit the location in that so steam knows where to look. The steam directories option is better if you plan on never moving your game files after you've installed them. Hey there everyone. I have a video here showing you how to install your steam games on a second hard drive incase they start to take up too much space on your main hard drive. Or for any other
